At the March joint meeting, Mayor Schultz continued to express a need to conduct "visioning
EDA [that] could address what the downtown was going to physically look like in three years, five
Carolyn Yaggie— years, and ten years... part of what the EDA should be doing is visioning; answering questions
Heinen like what buildings should look like in the downtown and what the corridor from 94 to downtown

The EDA is asked to comment on what type of renderings, if any, may be appropriate for the
