Dale Wick Mayor Richard Schultz has nominated and the City Council has approved the appointment of
EDA Larry Hosch to the EDA Board of Directors. As you know Hosch is the former Mayor of St.
Joseph and is finishing his fourth term as the State Representative for District 14A and doesn't
Larry Hosch intend to seek a fifth term at this time.

Tom Skahen The Oath of Office is to be administered to Mr. Hosch. In the event the State Legislative session
Dale Wick is not complete at the time of the April meeting, the oath will be delayed to the May meeting.

I, Larry Hosch, do solemnly swear to support the Constitution of the United
States, the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, the laws of the City of St.
Joseph and to discharge faithfully the duties of the office of Board Member of
the St. Joseph Economic Development Authority, to the best of my judgement
and ability, so help me God.
