Background.
EDA As you are aware, a new goal established for the EDA this year is to meet with representatives
Larry Hosch from projects /developments that have been through the development process and regulatory
Chad Davey framework in the City of St. Joseph. The goal is to reflect on current standards.

Tom Skahen Please recall last month we heard from Jason Neuerburg with Cone Castle and Harvey
Dale Wick Pfannenstein at St. Joe Meat Market. This month we will hear from Chris Rice who represented
Coboms throughout the development of the superstore.
Rice will comment on the local development process and regulatory framework in St. Joseph;
we're looking specifically for insight on what went smooth, what could have been better, how we
compare to other communities.
