Councilors Background:
Steve Frank Jason Neuerburg has submitted the attached application to the Business Facade Architectural
Bob Loso Grant Program. Cone Castle is seeking a BFA grant to assist with landscaping at the restaurant
Renee Symanietz site.

As you know, the BFA Grant Program covers design and construction costs associated with
EDA improvements to property that are visible from a public right -of -way, including landscape
Larry Hosch improvements.
Chad Davey
Steve Frank The EDA's 2012 capital allocation included funding for BFA Grant applications and other
Tom Skahen revitalization efforts. The balance is sufficient to cover this BFA application. BFA program
Dale Wick oversight and authority for grant approval was delegated to the EDA.
Action:
EDA consideration of the grant application is kindly requested.
