Dale Wick EDA Commissioner Chad Davey has submitted his resignation from the EDA, due to work
conflicts.

Larry Hosch It is anticipated that Doug Danielson will be appointed to fill the vacancy at the July Council
Steve Frank meeting. Mr. Danielson will participate in the EDA at the June 20, 2012 meeting as a guest.

The EDA is asked to accept the resignation of Commissioner Chad Davey and acknowledge his
participation over the past year.

Dear Mayor Schultz and EDA Members,
Please accept this letter of resignation from my position on the EDA Board. The sole reason for this
decision is my heavy workload coupled with an unpredictable schedule. I feel that the position needs a
member that can commit to full attendance in order to make strong contributions. The experience was
enlightening and I enjoyed working with all of the members without exception. The direction of the EDA
is encouraging and is the result of positive contributions from past and current members. In my
opinion, Larry Hosch will be an ideal addition to the board. My hope is that another similar candidate
can be found in the near future. Thank you for the opportunity, it is greatly appreciated.
