The EDA must Mayor submit a preliminary budget to the City Council for consideration at budget workshop(s) in August. Richard Schultz An operational budget consistent with that contained in the 2012 annual budget has been submitted to the Finance Director. Changes to the operational budget may be made by the EDA at the July 25, Councilors 2012 meeting. Steve Frank Bob Loso Attached is a worksheet illustrating preliminary expenses for EDA Fund 150 (operations) for your Renee Symanietz review and comment. A revenue schedule is for Fund 150 is not included as the revenue stream is Dale Wick comprised of a transfer from the City's general fund and interest earnings. The column entitled "2013 Proposed Budget" illustrates a hold- the -line approach to expenses with capital projects as itemized EDA in the 2009 -2014 CIP completed by the EDA in 2009. The column furthest to right mirrors last year's Carolyn Yaggie— expenses including the actual capital project allocation. Tom Skahen Dale Wick The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is the crucial item before the EDA for discussion. Attached you will find the forecast CIP as provided by the Finance Director. A copy of the 2012 CIP to date is attached for your information.
