NOTICE OF PUBIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Joint Planning Board of St. Joseph Township /City of St. Joseph
will be conducting two public hearings on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall to
consider the request of Cory Ehlert on behalf of the Roman L. Notch Revocable Trust. The purpose of
the hearings is to: 1) consider an application to rezone the subject property from the current Urban
Expansion (UE) to Residential 5(R -5) and 2) consider an application for concept approval regarding the
cul -de -sac length for a proposed residential development. The request for rezoning and concept approval
is being requested to allow the property to continue through the platting process developing a residential
development with 12 single family dwellings.
The property is described as follows: lying southerly of 320 Street, located in the SE 1 /4 NE' /a and in
part of the NE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 of Section 3, St. Joseph Township 124, Range 29, containing approximately 62.5
Acres. Stearns County Parcel No. 31.20623.0000.
