Administrator Pursuant to MN Statute 13d.05 subd 3(b) the St. Joseph City Council and St. Joseph Township
Judy V/eyrens Board will be going into closed session to discuss attorney client privilege for pending
litigation regarding the case of the St. Joseph Joint Planning Board v. W.J. Properties
Mayor Immediately following, the St. Joseph City Council will be going into closed session to discuss
Rick Schultz attorney client privilege for pending litigation regarding the case of the City of St. Joseph v.
Michael Deutz.
Councilors
Steve Frank Immediately following, the St. Joseph City Council will be going into closed session to discuss
Bob Loso labor Strategy regarding the AFSCME Labor Agreement.

Dale Vick The City Council will open the closed meeting and adjourn.
