RE: Business Development Report
Following are updates on business developments in St. Joseph, for the EDA’s information:
McDonalds site developing quickly, less than one month until completion expected.
Plans have been received for the 40,000 sf army building, tentative start in Spring of
next year.
Project 12-F Riff City Guitar owned by Joe Leach (Bliss Direct Media) opened in
Northland Plaza. This is Joe’s third business in St. Joseph!
We put continue to assist Project 12-H in identifying sites for relocation of existing
business in another community.
We continue to work with SCADC and Project 12-A following receipt of financial model
in late October.
