We have divided the area into eight blocks and included the current use (as taxed by the County Assessor) as well as recommendations from the EDA on potential redevelopment sites. At the November meeting, EDA Commissioners are asked to review each of the eight blocks and provide input. A list of questions are included on the bottom of each page. This information will then be incorporated into a draft document which will be used to seek stakeholder input. Also, at the October meeting, the EDA received DRAFT language including the Purpose, Mission and Vision for the Master Plan. We would appreciate EDA Commissioners’ input on these draft sections.
