Terry reported that he receives several requests each year for an Archery Range in our

Archery Country would partner with the City and provide targets at a reduced cost.If done
properly, they would send customers here and put articles in the paper telling when their staff
would be here. This may not be revenue for the City, but could draw people into the community
to use restaurants,etc.
The Board was told that The League of MN Cities Guidelines has no problem with this as far as
liabilities.T'he Board will look into the cost and possibly add this into next year's budget.Terry
felt the cost would be minimal.Bob suggested that this be a project for next summer along with a
Community Garden.
Lonnie made motion to have Terry pursue and discuss the concept of an Archery Range with
Archery Country.Andrew seconded the motion.
