The City refuse contractor will collect
holiday trees curbside on
Thursdays, January 3rd and 10th.
Trees must be free of all decorations,
bags and stands.

membership to the Planning Connnis-
sion and Park Board. Applications are
available at the City Offices and online
at www.cityofstjoseph.com. Complet-
ed applications will be accepted at the
City Offices until 4:30 PM December 21. 2012.

No Parking in Front Yards
St. Joseph Ordinance 5 -9.10 subd. 7 prohibits the
parking of -vehicles on the grass in the front and
side yard. Off - street parking facilities must be
improved to a durable and dust free surface con-
sisting of concrete, asphalt, pavers or similar
materials. Class 5 material is not acceptable ma-
terial.

makes every effort to remove snow in a J �
timely manner. We ask for your pa- ro
tience in the event of heavier snowfalls, as
it may take a bit longer to service your neigh-
borhoods.
SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE Speaking of
snow removal ...please remember that all
snow, ice, dirt and rubbish must be removed
from sidewalks adjacent to your property with-
in -94 hours after the same has been deposited.
Properties not in conformance after this time
period are subject to removal of those items by
the City, and the cost of removal assessed to the
property owner(s).
PARKING RESTRICTIONS Remember that
parking is prohibited on City streets from No-
vember 1st to April 1st between the hours of
Ald and 7 Ald.
In the event that you hare risitors and need to
leare a car parked on the street, please contact the
Police Department at 320.363.8250. Temporary
permission may be granted unless a snow event
occurs.
FIRE HYDRANTS We appreciate your help in
keeping the hydrant in your neighborhood free
of snow to help provide quick identification and
access in the event of a fire.
