State Statutes and EDA By-Laws require the EDA to conduct an annual meeting. As a part
counc�ilors of this meeting an etection of EDA officers is scheduled.

Renee Symanietz Dale Wick(term commensurate with elected office)—Councii representative
Dale wiok Doug Danielson(term expires 2017}—at large representative
Larry Hosch (term expires 2018)—at large representative
EDA Gary Osberg (term expires 2019)—at targe representative
Doug Danielson Steve Frank(term commensurate with elected office)—Council representatives
