Mayor Rick Schultz
City of St. Joseph
PO Box 668
25 College Avenue North,
St Joseph, MN 56374
Dear Rick,
The St Cloud Disc Golf Club would like to thank you and the City of St. Joseph
for your service to the community by providing work and support to the Millstream Park
Disc Golf Course. Hundreds of players of all ages have used the course in the past year,
even in the winter.
On January 19th the St Cloud Disc Golf Club held the 21St Annual Ice Bowl
Event, which is a nation wide fundraiser event for our local food shelves. One hundred
eighteen golfers from across the state raised $10.677 for our local food shelves. This
makes our grand total to over the past 21 years at nearly$130,000.
In each of the past 8 year we have won a yellow disc golf basket from Innova
Disc Golf Company for being one of the top fundraisers in the World. We have loaned
these baskets to the Millstream Park Disc Golf Course and now have two pin placements
for each of the first 8 holes.
By the way your maintenance staff is to be commended for their hard work.
Please thank them for their excellent help.
Your efforts to keep the Park in such great shape are very much appreciated by
our Disc Golf Community! Thank you so much for all you do.
Sincerely yours,
Rick Rentz Tournament Director
