Call to Order: 6:30 p.m.

Budget has been set.

The Fire Chief is O.K.with having a bonfire at the Joe Town Snow Town activities.
Posts have been installed for the Pavilion st the Archery Range.Materials have been purchased.
Public Inuut on Cloverdale Park Plan:
The Public Hearing was opened,but since no residents attended,the Hearing was closed.
Old Business•
Joe Town Snow Town Budget:
Portable Restrooms: $400
Medallion and Prize: $100
Softball Expenses: Trophies-$60(No Umpire fees-Rec.Assoc.will supply)
Broomball Expenses: $60
Youth Activities: $200 in prizes
Chili:Kay's Kitchen will prepare the chili(No donors for ingredients at this point)
Promotional Expenses: $0
Other Expenses:
' Printing clues: $100
Coffee, Soft Drinks,Water,Beer (Donated?)
Other Preparations: Andrew and John met at Millstream.The plan is to have clues directing
people to local businesses.One clue will lead to another business.Terry suggested having a
historical twist to the clues.Interested members from the Park Board will meet on Dec.28 at 5:30
at the Local Blend to do more planning for the Medallion Hunt.
It is noted that we will need security at the Millstream evening event. �
New Business•
Skating Rinks•
Prep.will begin on Thursday,Dec.20.
Treasurers Reaort•
At the nelct meeting we will digest the results of Public input regarding Cloverdale Park and go
forward with planning.

Callowav Trail Imarovements:
Peter Gillitzer spoke to the Park Board requesting clarification and closure regarding Calloway
Trail improvements.His group has reviewed the attorney's fmdings and is looking for a fmal
decision regarding Park Board funding of improvements.He explained that, since the last
meeting he attended,they have put some improvements along the public throughway.They have
itemized these improvements and are wondering if the Park Board is interested in helping to fund
the project along Public Land. T'hey will continue to develop on the Private Land.
John responded that the 2013 Budget is set.We could possibly look at this in the 2014 Budget.
Bob suggested they seek help from the Lions or other organizations.
