HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012 [09] Sept 20(a) September 20, 2012 Page 1 of 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph and the Township Supervisors for the City of St. Joseph met in Joint Session on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the St. Joseph City Hall. Citv Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz. Councilors Dale Wick, Bob Loso, Steve Frank, Renee Symanietz. City Administrator Judy Weyrens. St. Joseah Township Supervisors Present: Jerome Salzer, Jeff Janssen, Brenda Stanger. Township Clerk Ann Reischl. Others Present: Legal Counsel Jason Kuboushek, Tom Jovanovich, Dan Zimmerman Schultz and Salzer stated that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss pending litigation in the matter of the Joint Planning Board v.WJ Properties. Loso made a motion to go into closed session pursuant to MN Statute 73d.05 subd 3(b)to discuss attorney client privilege for pending litigation regarding the case of the St.Joseph Township Planning Board v.WJ Properties.
