Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in Special Session
on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 6:45 PM in the St. Joseph City Hall.
Citv Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz. Councilors Dale Wick, Bob Loso, Steve Frank,
Renee Symanietz. City Administrator Judy Weyrens.
Others Present: City Attorney Tom Jovanovich
Wick made a motion to go into closed session pursuant to MN Statute 13d.05 subd 3(b)to discuss
attorney client privitege for pending litigation regarding the case of the City of St.Joseph v.
Michael Deutz. The motion was seconded by Frank and passed unanimously.
The meeting was opened and adjourned at 7:00 PM.
Loso made a motion to go into closed sessan pursuant to MN Statute 13d.05 subd 3 to discuss
labor strategy regarding the AFSCME Labor Agreement. The motion was seconded by Symanietz
and passed unanimously.
The meeting was opened and adjourned at 7:20 PM.
