• The Acoustics building has been sold to Seal Enterprises. Seal will have a business
EDA office and rental agency and limited sales at this location. Seal deals with towing
Doug Danielson equipment for automobiles. They are moving from a facility along 28'h Ave. in Waite
Steve Frank Park.
Larry Hosch
Gary Osberg . /e continue to work with the biomedical business. Mn. Department of Agriculture
Dale wick reports an environmental study is not needed provided the business follows federal
rule. The company reports GRE loan should be approved by end of February and that
the SBA is on board as well.
• The City Engineer and Public Works Superintendent are working to obtain needed
equipment to gauge flow capacity in a 12" sanitary sewer main adjacent to Minnesota
Street. The testing will determine whether or not any measure of capacity exists to
serve the GTI/Walz property by Lake Sarah/I-94/CSAH 2. We anticipate a meeting in
I April with the City Council to make a final determination on whether or not an interim
plan to provide wastewater treatment to the proposed `Gateway' area is possible.
• Discussions continue with a prospect proposing construction of a new facility in the
Buettner Business Park. Forecast completion date is November of this year.
