Renee Symanietz Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
Dale Wick
• The Mn. Street sewer main capacity study being undertaken by the City Engineer
EDA should wrap up in April. We will then know if an interim plan to service the Gateway

• Reports of raw land prices increasing due to opening of McDonalds have been
received.An examination of comparable sales through the County don't support the
perception.
• The'available properties'section of the City website has been completely updated.
Most land for sale is at intersection of CR 133 and Elm Street. Investigation of
development of a business link page solely for St. Joseph businesses continues.This is
a result of our business retention and expansion program from 2012.We could possibly
consider advertising as well.
• Discussions continue with a prospect proposing construction of a new facility in the
Buettner Business Park. Forecast completion date is November of this year.
• Healthy Source Wellness is leasing space in the Cedar Street Office/Retail
condominium (former DM Building office). The business was leasing space in St. Cloud.
