• Background for biotech company forwarded to County Assessor for assignment of
EDA projected market value.
Doug Danielson • Farmer's Insurance Office(formerly Luigi's Pizza and Zenzen Fire Suppression)being
Steve Frank looked at for lease as a new boutique. Insurance Agent Michael Grussing is relocating.

Gary Osberg • New lead for industrial space came in May 15, 2013. Provided site and incentive
Dale Wick information. Lead has local ties and runs a successful business.
• New business interested in locating in an industrial zone is continuing to progress.
Patience needed.
• Sewer capacity study for main adjacent to Mn. Street results are being tabulated.
• Council representatives and Township Officials will meet again on May 20th regarding
status of the Orderly Annexation Agreement and how it relates to annexing new CSAH
2 and turnback of the former CSAH 2 from the County to the City. Hope to have an
update for the meeting.
