Rick Schultz RE: Moving Ahead with Downtown Master Plan Councilors Steve Frank Bob Loso Background Renee Symanietz This agenda item is a request from Mayor Schultz. As you may recall, at the February 2013 Dale Wick meeting the EDA voted to put consideration of a master plan for the downtown area on hold until the City Council made some decisions regarding public facilities. That decision followed a EDA review of results from a survey of all property owners within the Central Business District. Doug Danielson Steve Frank Mayor Schultz has requested the EDA discuss a downtown master plan complete with Larry Bosch illustrations of what buildings could look like. Chairperson Wick has indicated the Council has Gary Osberg direction on public facilities and he will be able to provide additional context at the meeting.
