Dale Wick • Precise Refrigeration has completed expansion project. They are looking at another
expansion and working with the Building Official on a few items.
• Two contacts have repeated looked at the DBL building. Both report copious mold
issues.
• The Silver's Equestrian property adjacent to Birch Street was recently listed for sale.
I've reached out to the business owner to inquiry as to status of business and listing.
• TIF estimates were run for biomedical building based on construction plans. Tax
abatement estimates (stacked onto economic development TIF) have also been
requested.
