BOARD /COMMISSION /COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City accepted the offer of the City of St. Cloud to
participate in the St. Cloud Regional Human Rights office for 30 months.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Joint Power Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday,
August 28 at 5:00 PM at the St. Cloud City Hall. The agenda item for the first meeting will be to review
and recommend an update to the Joint Power Agreement.
BUDGET /FISCAL IMPACT:
ATTACHMENTS: None..
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Appoint two members to the Joint Powers Board for the Human
Rights Office.
