RESC?LUTION 2013-029
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPOR7 ON IMPROVEMENT
Project: Park Terrace
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Park Terrace area by constructing street, curb, gutter,
water, sewer and storm sewer improvements, and to assess the benefited property for a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,Chapter 429,
NOW TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST.105EPH,MINNESOTA:
That the propased imp�ovement be referred to Randy Sabart of SEH, for study and that he is
instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the council this 18"'day of 1uly,2013.
