Meeting was called to order by Donna Blanchette at 7:08 pm.
Members present were: Donna Blanchette, Jo Loscheider, Fay
Gretsch, Nell Pfannenstein, Mike Strickler, Greg Henry,
Claudette Klein, Joe Braun and Steve Dehler, Liaison was ndt present.
. Dick Taufen's resignation: Steve brought it up at the last Council
meeting but it was rather late, so nothing was decided. He will
introduce it again at the next meeting.
Key: Donna did receive a key so we can be inside for our meetings.
Moving trees: Creative Landscaping will give us a bid for removal
of trees on Wednesday am, so Steve can present the bids to the Council.
We will ask Dick Taufen if he will help lay the sod, if not, we will
need to contract a company to do it. Joe Braùn and Nell pfannenstein
will help Donna Blanchette mark trees for removal. It will also be
decided where trees should be moved to.
I Hill Construction: Steve says the Council says we have the "go ahead"
to put in the hills. Myron Felix has been contacted and will do the
hills but with some additional cost now.
Sod: Schramel will provide sod for 58¢ per square yard delivered.
Donna will check with Myron Felix to see if he would be interested in
laying the sod.
PR 15: Check with Dick Taufen to see if he could set up PR IS's and
dig out the area to set them up. The swings will have to be moved
in both parks.
East end land: Claudette Klein checked with S. Kathleen Kalinowski and
there has been no further information concerning the property.
New slides: The slides will be here in 4 weeks, we will have to pay
shipping costs also.
We will have another meeting in two weeks - September 29.
Meeting adjourned at 7:33.
