Background:
The EDA has been investigating the availability of potential properties within the downtown
(Central Business District). I met with Dale Schneider, owner of 117 & 121 West Minnesota
Street on November 20tH
If the EDA wishes to proceed with discussion regarding purchase of property a workshop
session may be in order.
