At the previous EDA meeting the Board directed Wick or Strack to seek input on cost sharing
from land owners adjacent to 1 -94 (i.e. Walz, GTI) at a meeting scheduled for December 2"d.

The meeting was held as scheduled. Discussion at the meeting centered around the cost of

extension of sewer main to the GTI and Walz properties in 2014. Neither party appears ready to

move forward with sewer extension at this time. Since there was no agreement to move

forward on improvements, the subject of a hotel study did not arise.

The EDA must first decide whether or not to pursue a study without participation by the property
owners. Additional action would follow.
