BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council issued an intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License to
Landrock Inc for the American Burger Bar for the license period July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Office received a request from St. Joseph Hospitality Systems
LLC to transfer the Liquor License for the American Burger Bar. Per Ordinance the Police Chief
completed a background check and has recommended the City Council approve the License Transfer.
This license is for off sale intoxicating liquor with a license period of February 1 to June 30, 2014.
