RE: Business Development Report
Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
• Later this year several SF of lease space will be available at Millstream Shops /Lofts.
• 194 /CSAH 2: Walz Properties, LLC considering moving forward with sanitary main /lift
station. GTI has not commented.
• Spoke with individual interested in Americlnn franchise for 194 /CSAH 2 he will be
attending the EDA meeting to listen /observe, not to comment.
• Awaiting filing of a special use permit/variance request for entertainment venue at
existing business adjacent to CR 133.
