Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
• Met with potential hotel investor regarding next steps in the process.
• Met with property owner regarding incentives available for an entertainment venue.
Farmer's Market move to downtown in 2014 is likely off the table, perhaps next year.
• Met with individuals interested in developing a free - standing senior housing complex in
the downtown.
