PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: As previously discussed, there are plans to resurface CSAH 2 from CSAH
75 to CSAH 4 this year. Because federal funding will be used, the city will need to formally approve the
plans.

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorization for the Mayor and Administrator to execute Resolution
2014-005.

Resolution Approving County Project within Municipal Corporate Limits
WHEREAS
, plans for Project No. S.P. 073-602-045 showing the proposed cross sections for the
resurfacing of County State Aid Highway No. 2 within the limits of the City of St. Joseph as a State Aid
and Federal Aid project have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
: That said plans be in all things approved.
