Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
EDA
Doug Danielson • The addition to the Finken Water building(formerly DBL Labs)is underway.
Steve Frank
Larry Bosch • New up-scale women's clothing consignment/outlet store to be opened downtown in
Gary Osberg summer.
Dale Wick
• Work on a revised master plan for'Gateway' development is underway.
• Discussion regarding the development of a free-standing senior housing complex in the
downtown continue.
• Collegeville Companies is contemplating a mixed use development north of Millstream
Shops/Lofts.
• CSB announced today(Wed. March 20th) it has named Dr. Mary Hinton as the new
President of CSB. Hinton was the V.P. of Academic Affairs at Mount St. Mary College in
Newburgh NJ prior to accepting the CSB position. She will begin duties June 15th
