No. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Joseph, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Public Hearing. The City Council shall meet on April 17, 2014, at approximately 6 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposed establishment of Economic Development District No. 1, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Sections 469.090 through 469.1082, inclusive, as amended. 2. Notice of hearing; Filing of Program. The Administrator is hereby authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in the form of a public hearing notice, to be published as required by Minnesota Statues, Sections 469.101, Subdivision 1.
