Saint Joseph Park Board Meeting
March 24, 2014
6:00 p.m.
St. Joseph City Hall
Members Present:

:
The City approved a 16 unit Patio Home Complex near Graceview. The City annexed land south

of Minnesota. A meeting will be held on March 27 to see concept plan for the new City hall.

They are waiting for a warm-up. Things are currently at a stand-still.
Old Business:
a.Tree Planting
The seedlings will arrive at the end of April or the beginning of May. We will plan on
planting 100 seedlings. The local scout groups may be interested in helping.
b.Earth Day Plans
The Girl Scouts will do a clean up the following weekend.
c.Case Day (Sat. April 26)
We would like to look at a group to volunteer on the Sunday following the “event”.
Interested groups may be the local Scouts.
d.Treasurers Report
We will look at the $4,000 currently set aside for facilities at Klinefelter more thoroughly
at the April meeting.
e.Splash Pad Update
The interested group will be discussing this at their upcoming meeting.
6. New Business
a. Schedule

The reason for the two meetings in September was clarified. The 22 would be for our

regular meeting. The 8 will be for planning the 5K
Changes in locations

The April 28 meeting will be at City Hall. (We will be informed by email when the tree
planting at Cloverdale will work)
The May meeting will remain at Centennial.

The June 23 meeting could be at Cloverdale.

July 14 will be the date for the Dedication and Grand Opening at Cloverdale.
