MEETING DATE: May 14th, 2014
AGENDA ITEM: Membership
We had 8 applications turned in to the City for 2 open positions. After the Interview and Agility Testing,
the committee chose 2 possible candidates to move forward. They are Joe Orcutt and Andrew Kramer.
Both candidates have turned in there background check slips and we are waiting to here back about
these. If and when they are good,they will then have a physical done and if all is good,would be
starting June 10th, 2014.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Roughly$5,000.00 per member which includes all the mandatory training and
new gear after the requirements are met.

REQUESTED ACTION:Approve the two members to the Fire Department.
