PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The City Council awarded bids for the Park Terrace Improvements.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Park Terrace improvement design and pre-construction costs
have been coded through the debt service relief fund pending the project moving forward. The City
st
Council awarded the construction bid to Kuechle Underground at their May 1 council meeting. With the
project awarded, bonding is also moving forward. Staff anticipates approval to the bond issue at the June
th
5 council meeting and created a project fund for the improvements. Staff requests reimbursing the debt
service relief fund (fund 390) for the 2013 Park Terrace expenses with proceeds from the project bonds
(fund 450). The 2014 expenses are currently being tracked in the project fund.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
$22,640.95 between funds
