PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
In 2013 the City Council approved the amendment to the Keg
Ordinance requiring a permit for all kegs.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Council requested to review the Keg Permit Ordinance
provision. In 2013 39 permits were issued an in 2014 17 have been issued so far. The permits were
discussed at the monthly CSB/SJU/City meeting and both CSB and SJU support the keg permits. They
will be forwarding a letter to Council. Joel will be at the meeting and can address concerns of the
Council.
