Fire Fighter Hire – Accept Andrew Kramer
and Joseph Orcutt as pay per response firefighters

BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Recommended the City Council hire Andrew
Kramer and Joseph Orcutt as pay per response firefighters effective June 10, 2014.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Fire Department had two openings on the Fire Department and
the Fire Board authorized the advertisement to fill the positions. The Department received 8
applications and after testing, two applicants dropped out due to the time commitment required. Both
candidates have completed the required background checks and physical.

and Joseph Orcutt as pay per response firefighters effective June 10, 2014.
