BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Jerome Salzer, St. Joseph Township, approached Terry regarding the
pavement of Jade Road from CR 121 to I-94. Half of the road is in the City and half of the road is in the
Township and the Township is considering replacing the pavement. They are requesting the City pay for
the portion of the roadway that is in the City. We have indicated that this was not in our budget and
they have offered to carry the cost. The information has been forwarded to Randy Sabart for
verification.
