BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: EDA recommends Council accept the
preliminary application and authorize submittal of the final application.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Please see attached memo.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Pay-as-you-go TIF is proposed. This means payment of TIF proceeds is
dependent on payment of taxes. This is not a bond arrangement or an up-front payment arrangement.
The Agreement can be used as collateral for a conventional loan.
ATTACHMENTS: Memo, project narrative, project map, and revised conceptual images.
