Renee Symanietz
Dale Wick • Cedar Street Salon/Spa undergoing at$20,000 update.
EDA Rezoning of the property south of County Road 2 which was annexed to the City was
•Doug Danielson completed on June 24th. An image of the rezoned property follows.

Gary Osberg • Outreach to those previously attending the real estate round table indicates September
Dale Wick meeting will be well-received.
• Hotel market study reviewed by Americlnn, distributed to other potential investors.Vice
President of Franchise Development and Marketing 'encouraged' by study results.
• Houses demolished at entryway to St. Benedict's Monastery intended to open up
access to site. No new construction is proposed.
• City Council to act on Bayou Blues/Alley Flats preliminary TIF application on July 17,
2014. PUD Plat/Plan to be on agenda for September 2, 2014 Planning Commission
meeting.
• Little Saints Academy has been notified by ISD 742 of the intent to terminate the facility
lease. ECFE programming will be returning to"Colt Academy". Active discussion with
LSA is on-going.
