AGENDA ITEM: Fire ChieYs Report
• The two new members,Andrew Kreamer and Joe Orcutt started June 10th and are fitting in
well. They will both be starting their FF1& FF2 class this fall. Brian Theisen who started in
June of 2013 still needs to get his Class B lic w/tanker endorsement done to complete his
minimum requirements.
• Our ISO report has come back with a rating of 5/5Y which from what I can tell is the same as
what we were(5/9).The Fire Chief is still looking at doing a water shuttle drill sometime this
summer/fall that may help lower our second number.
• No word on our DNR grant yet.
• Unit#3's rear end went out and we had to replace it with a used rear end due to it's age.
• Unit#4's tank is leaking AGAIN. I have been working with Centerline (the old Engle Fab out
of Sauk Center)to try and fix this problem.
