Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in special session
on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 3:30 PM in the St. Joseph City Hall, opening the meeting with the Pledge
of Allegiance.
Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz. Councilors Dale Wick, Steve Frank, Bob Loso, Renee Symanietz.
City Administrator Judy Weyrens
City Representatives: City Labor Attorney Brandon Fitzsimmons
Schulz called the meeting to order at which time Symanietz made a motion to go into closes session
pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03 to discuss labor strategy. The motion was seconded by
Wick and passed unanimously.
The Council came out of closed session at 4:33 PM at which time Loso made a motion to authorize
execution and implementation of the Labor Agreement between the City of St.Joseph and
AFSCME, which extends from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015. The motion was seconded
by Schultz and passed unanimously.
Adjourn: Wick made a motion to adjourn at 4:35 PM; seconded by Loso and passed unanimously.
