Members Present: John Anderson(Chair),_Bob Loso(Councilor Liaison,)Terry Thene (Staff Liaison),Andrew Deuhs,Troy
Goracke, Sharon Young, Jody Keehr.
Call To Order: 6:00 p.m.

Bob Loso:
Nothing to report this month.
Terry Thene: The parks have been winterized and are now closed for the season.
Old Business:
a. Cloverdale Park
Work has been halted for the season and will resume in spring.
b. Joetown Snowtown
We are looking at using space at the Kennedy Community School after it was discovered the facilities
at CSB could not be procured. Some ideas were discussed as to what activities the Park Board would
like to offer for this event. Some suggestions were: Picnic with hotdogs, chips,etc.
Crafts
Face Painting
Fitness/Sports Activities
Inflatables
Sharon stated she could get some volunteers from her student contacts at CSB.
The Park Board discussed a budget of$1,200 for this event. Breakdown as follows:
Awards: $100
Building: $200
Crafts: $100
Food: $150
Inflatables: $400
Promotion $200
Total: $1,200
c. Lions Shelter
John has not spoken with the Lions yet regarding this. Would like to see sales tax used on the project.
He would like to talk with the Lions President.
d. Other Old Business
NONE
New Business: Terry discussed the process of getting the ice rinks prepped. It will be open Friday,Saturday, and
Sundays. He discussed staffing and was still looking to cover the staffing of the rinks.
