My Overall Priorities
Safe Streets-Connected Walkways-Lighting LED for safety and costs.
Becoming a Green Step City step 1 as part of this engaging in some incremental green steps such as LED
lighting, more use of rain gardens, etc.
Engage In More Merged-Cooperative City Services

Start with leasing City of Sartell street sweeper for spring fall Millstream July 4 and other times as
needed then move to other public services.
Put 1-94 development on hold Concentrate on downtown development and East St Joseph industrial
Find more creative ways to involve citizens in the decision making process
While concentrating on streets, sewer (water), safety using the model of Peter Kageyama make our
cities fun (does not have to be large projects)
Work on bringing Metro Bus to St. Joseph but only if CSB is a major player (note I have served on ad hoc
St Joseph transportation committees and this has always been my goal
Continue to increase tax base.
