Public Hearing
PUD and Sign Ordinance Amendments
The St.Joseph Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday,
September 23 at 6:00 PM in the St.Joseph City Hall, 25 College Avenue N to consider
Administrator amendments to Ordinance 52.09 and Ordinance 52.11.

• Ordinance 52.09 PUD—Planned Unit Development Overlay District: In the B1 Central
Business District, Mixed Use of a Permitted Use and a multiple residential dwelling
Mayor units will be allowed, but only if 100%of the street level square footage is used full

Councilors • Ordinance 52.11 Signs: Repeal the existing Sign Ordinance in its entirety and replace
Steve Frank with revised provisions. The revised provisions can be viewed on the City website:
