Dale Wick BACKGROUND
EDA Jon Petters has submitted a final application for tax increment financing assistance for a project
entitled Bayou Blues/Alley Flats. He is intent on breaking ground yet this fall. He is therefore
Doug Danielson requesting a special meeting to review/act on TIF assistance. In addition, our regular EDA
Steve Frank meeting would fall on the day prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Gary Osberg Due to a mix-up in processing we will actually need to hold two special meetings to review the
Dale Wick proposed TIF. The first will be at 6 p.m. on Monday, November 10th(hold hearing)the second
will be at 4 p.m. on Wednesday November 12th. The November 10th meeting is where
significant discussion is anticipated. The meeting on the 12th would be to take formal action on
the request. The meetings could certainly replace the regular meeting scheduled for the 26tH
ACTION
Motions are needed to call special meetings for:
1. Monday, November 10th at 6 p.m.
2. Wednesday, November 12th at 4 p.m.
