RE: Shovel Ready Business Park/Industrial Lot Creation
Administrator BACKGROUND
Judy Weyrens At the October meeting the EDA authorized and directed the arrangement of a meeting with
appropriate staff/consulting staff and First American Bank representatives to determine interest
Mayor in development of shovel ready business/industrial lots.
Rick Schultz On November 5th City staff, consulting staff, and Mr. Peter Alworth, Executive Vice President of
Councilors Strategic Initiatives First American Bank, St. Michael met to discuss interest in defining a
Steve Frank project.
Bob Loso The meeting went well and I am pleased to report the bank is open to the idea of partnering in
Renee Symanietz an effort to make a portion of the lots shovel ready.We agreed to meet again in the first week of
Dale Wick December after assembling more information.
