RE: West Minnesota Street Alley
Administrator BACKGROUND
Judy Weyrens City Administrator Weyrens, City Engineer Sabart, and I met with several owners of property
abutting alleys in the 100 block of West Minnesota Street. I spoke with the final owner of such
Mayor property prior to the meeting.
Rick Schultz The discussion was productive and cordial. The attached map illustrates several points of
Councilors discussion which we can review at the meeting.
Steve Frank The meeting resulted in a recommendation to move ahead with designing an alley
Bob Loso improvement. The City Administrator will bring a request before the City Council on November
Renee Symanietz 10th relating to authorizing a feasibility study for improvements.
