Bob Loso Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
Renee Symanietz
Dale Wick • Alley/Parking improvement— 100 Block W Minnesota. Feasibility study is underway by
EDA the City Engineer. This effort should be completed in approximately one month. The
Doug Danielson property owners abutting the alleys have indicated they would like to meet to review the

feasibility report when completed.
Larry Hosch
• Marketing map update—CSB is not interested in partnering on this project.Joel Vogel
Gary Osberg indicates the map artwork should be completed in January. He has suggested we leave

Dale wick the back of the map blank to reduce printing costs and allow for notes to be taken on
the map.
• Bayou Blues/Alley Flats project stakeholders are continuing to seek a lease agreement
with a restaurant tenant.
• The Central Minnesota Credit Union has filed a lot combination petition with the City
Administrator. The lots to be combined are just west of McDonalds.The lot combination
is a step toward a potential development.
• Tahir and Gwen Sandhu's naan bakery opened in the Co-Op building in November.
Tahir and Gwen invite all EDA members to stop in and try there fresh naan.
• Information was prepared and distributed to a national site selector.The solicitation was
for potential warehouse sites.
